« Nous avons passez un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. À seulement 20min en métro du centre de Stockholm, Solna est une petite ville très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était très bien avec du salé et du sucré pour varier ! La chambre était spacieuse et la petite kitchenette est un plus. Rien à redire, je recommande ! »

Je devais recevoir une demande pour confirmer mon identité et à la suite recevoir les informations pour entrer dans le batiment, la veille aucune nouvelles, je contacte hotels.com qui me dit que c'est normal je vais recevoir 24h avant (on était déjà 24h avant !). « Ok boende till bra pris. Lök i skåpen och ägg i kylen och en skarp röklukt gjorde att man bodde i någons hem, vilket drog ner betyget. Smutsigt duschdraperi i duschen gjorde inte det bättre. Lgh som tillhörde ett bostadshus som var ganska lyhört, vilket störde nattsömnen lite. Stort plus för gratis parkering, då det annars kan göra en utfattig i Stockholm. Med facit i hand hade jag nog ändå hellre lagt till lite pengar för ett riktigt hotellrum »

« The check in information in the email was incomplete. Did not show which unit I should go to. Lucky that email response from the hotel was pretty quick, and the missing information was received. Parking fee shown on the hotels.com page is not correct. It cost 155 per day instead of 30 as shown. »

« The apartment we rented was very clean and well maintained. The pictures give an accurate picture of what the apartment looks like. Also it was very quiet. We had some issues figuring out the lock box but the owner showed us how that worked.The apartment is about 15 minute walk from the metro. The pictures on Vrbo helped us find it. The kitchen area and appliances were in excellent condition. Some instructions on how to use the stove, dishwasher and washing machine would be helpful. »
